1.5 oz. Gin

2 oz. Happy Hour Sour-Rita Mixer

1 oz. Elderflower Liqueur

Shake for 15 seconds with ice. Strain into chilled martini glass or enjoy on the rocks

 

Ginger Rickey

2 oz Hendricks Gin

2 oz Happy Hour Asian Pear – Ginger

Lime wedge

Shake for 15 seconds with ice. Strain into chilled martini glass or enjoy on the rocks

 

Ginger Refresh

1.5 oz. Premium Gin

2 oz. Happy Hour Asian Pear – Ginger

2 cucumber slices

1.5 oz Sparkling Water

Muddle all ingredients together. Add ice and enjoy.

 

The French Gimlet

2 oz. Premium Gin

1/2 oz. HappyHour Lavender Elderflower

1 oz Happy Hour Sour-Rita

Shake all ingredients together with ice.  Strain into chilled martini glass

 

Perfectly Purple 

1.5 oz  sweet pea blossom gin

2 oz. Happy Hour Lavender Elderflower

1/2 oz. maraschino cherry liqueur (i.e. Luxardo)

Shake ingredients with ice. Strain into chilled glass.

1.5 oz. Premium Gin

3 oz. Happy Hour Lavender Elderflower

1.5 oz Sparkling Wine or Champagne 

Shake ingredients with ice. Strain into chilled glass. Top with sparking wine or champagne. 

 

GIN-ger Royale

1.5 oz  Gin

1 oz Elderflower Liqueur (or HappyHour Lavender Elderflower) 

3 oz Happy Hour Asian Pear – Ginger

1.5 oz Sparkling Wine or Champagne 

Shake all ingredients and strain into chilled martini glass. Top with Champagne

1.5 oz Gin or vodka

2 Basil Sprigs (OPTIONAL)

Shake with ice for 10 seconds. Strain into chilled martini glass
